‘The Plot’

Our first residential opportunity to shine came with a modest plot and ambitious clients. In Spring 2024, we secured planning permission for a two-bedroom dwelling in a small Cornish village, carefully balancing scale, context, and sustainability.

Construction began soon after the approval of our Stage 4 technical package and is now well underway. Set for completion in Spring 2026, this project is a testament to how a ‘little project’ can evolve into a contemporary, ultra-efficient home—delivering smart design on a compact footprint.
