Project Statement.

We were appointed as planning agent for this bespoke self-build dwelling in Rock, Cornwall, originally designed by Harrison Sutton Architects. Planning permission has now been granted, and we are progressing the project through RIBA Stage 4 technical design, developing the detailed construction information required to bring the scheme to life.

Alongside the technical design, we are also producing a series of high-quality architectural CGIs to communicate the character, materiality and setting of the completed home. Our involvement has included the preparation of the full Energy Statement and supporting environmental performance calculations to demonstrate compliance with local planning policy.

We look forward to seeing the project continue towards construction and realisation.
