Project Statement.

We have been appointed as the planning agent for this bespoke self-build dwelling in Rock, Cornwall. Originally designed by Harrison Sutton Architects, the project is now being progressed by our studio through planning and into RIBA Stage 4 (technical design), following approval. As part of our role, we have produced the full Energy Statement and supporting environmental performance calculations to meet local policy requirements. We are excited to see this project develop over the coming months as it moves closer to realisation.
